Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the creamy peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chopped mini peanut butter cups.

Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared skillet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
