Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the corn flakes, baking powder, and salt to the bowl and mix until the corn flakes are coated with the peanut butter mixture.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
