In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Beat in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Stir in the miniature chocolate chips.

Grease a muffin tin and press the dough into each cup, creating a well in the center.
