In a large saucepan, combine peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until mixture is melted and well combined.

Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.

Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and vanilla extract together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture in the pan, spreading it evenly.

Let it cool and set at room temperature for about 1 hour.

Cut into squares and serve.
