  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and apricot preserves until well combined.
  6. Spread the peanut butter and apricot mixture over the oat crust.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  10. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
