Peel and pit the peaches. Cut them into small pieces.

In a blender, combine the peaches, vanilla extract, honey, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Place popsicle sticks in the molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds.
