In a large bowl, combine the peaches, blueberries, granulated sugar, and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, rolled oats, remaining all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the oat mixture. Use your fingers or a fork to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit, covering it completely.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
