  2. Spread peanut butter on one side of each graham cracker half.
  3. Spread jelly on one side of the remaining graham cracker halves.
  4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the peanut butter side of a graham cracker half.
  5. Top with a jelly-covered graham cracker half to make a sandwich.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Place the sandwiches in the freezer for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
