Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and add it to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.
