Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

Add the bread cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
