Parmesan Biscuits
Parmesan biscuits are a popular side dish in the southern United States, often served with fried chicken or barbecue.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.

Pour in the milk and mix until just combined.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times until it comes together.

Roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch (1 cm) thickness.

Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
