Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.

Gradually add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth.

Place the butter in a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish and place in the preheated oven until melted.

Remove the dish from the oven and pour the batter into the hot melted butter.

Scatter the fresh fruit over the batter.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
