  1. Boil milk in a pan. Once it boils, add lemon juice to curdle the milk.
  2. Drain the whey using a muslin cloth and rinse the paneer under cold water.
  3. Press the paneer to remove excess water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
  5. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  7. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Add garam masala and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
