Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the mashed avocado mixture to the egg yolks and mix until well combined.

Spoon the avocado mixture back into the egg white halves.

Sprinkle paprika and chopped fresh chives on top.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
