Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cut the French bread into 1-inch thick slices.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

Arrange the soaked bread slices in the prepared baking dish.

Top the bread slices with the sliced peaches and small dollops of cream cheese.

Pour any remaining egg mixture over the bread.

Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the French toast is golden brown and set.
