Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Melt white chocolate and add it to the cream cheese mixture.

In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Dissolve gelatin in water and add it to the whipped cream along with vanilla extract.

Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the mixture over the Oreo crust.

Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Once set, remove the cake from the pan and garnish with whipped cream and Oreo cookie halves.
