Orange-Blossom-Honey Madeleines
Madeleines are small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape. They are believed to have originated in the Lorraine region of France.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour madeleine molds.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange blossom honey.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers spring back when lightly touched.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the molds for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
