Soak the dried navy beans in water overnight.

In a large pot, combine the beans, onion, molasses, brown sugar, mustard powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and water.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with a lid or aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 hours.

Remove the lid or foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the beans are tender and the sauce has thickened.
