Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add honey, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Melt the butter and fold it into the batter.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
