  3. In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add honey, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Melt the butter and fold it into the batter.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
