Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, combine oat bran, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg, honey, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Mash the bananas and add them to the wet ingredients. Stir in blueberries and raisins.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
