Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a food processor, blend the oats and cashews until finely ground.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats and cashews with the flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a dough.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each cookie.

In a separate bowl, mix the berry jam, chia seeds, and water to make the jam filling.

Spoon the jam filling into the indentations of the cookies.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
