Nutella Truffles
Nutella was created by an Italian pastry maker, Pietro Ferrero, during World War II when chocolate was scarce. He added hazelnuts to chocolate to extend the supply and created a spreadable product known as ‘Giandujot’. This later evolved into the Nutella we know today.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 80 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 4.

In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, crushed digestive biscuits, and chopped hazelnuts.

Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small truffle-sized balls.

Roll the truffles in cocoa powder until fully coated.

Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
