  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, dust the top of the loaf with powdered sugar.
  9. Slice and serve.
