  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your hand. Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center and fold the dough around the Nutella, sealing it completely. Repeat with the remaining dough and Nutella.
  6. Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Dust the cooled cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
