Nutella Avocado Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add the Nutella and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the avocado-Nutella mixture and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts, if desired.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
