  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
