Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.

Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.

Fold in the cooked egg noodles and raisins.

Grease a baking dish and pour the noodle mixture into it.

Sprinkle the cornflakes on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Allow the pudding to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
