In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer, pressing them gently into the mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
