In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the flour, sour cream, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
