  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, melted butter, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Spread mixture over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Spread over the pudding layer.
  4. Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
