In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring continuously.

If using chopped nuts, add them to the mixture and stir well.

Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
