Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crispy.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery, and cook until they are soft.

In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, cooked onion and celery mixture, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
