In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and butter until crumbly.

Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one disk of dough to fit the size of your baking sheet. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar and prick it all over with a fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Repeat steps 5-8 with the remaining dough.
