Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile, wash and hull the strawberries. Cut off the pointed top of each strawberry to create a flat surface.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the red food coloring.
  7. Dip the flat surface of each strawberry into the melted red chocolate to create the Santa hat. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
  8. Once the brownie has cooled, cut it into triangle shapes resembling Santa hats.
  9. Place each brownie triangle on a serving plate and top with a chocolate-dipped strawberry.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
