My Brownie Santa Hats
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix well until smooth.
-
Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
-
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
-
Meanwhile, wash and hull the strawberries. Cut off the pointed top of each strawberry to create a flat surface.
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the red food coloring.
-
Dip the flat surface of each strawberry into the melted red chocolate to create the Santa hat. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
-
Once the brownie has cooled, cut it into triangle shapes resembling Santa hats.
-
Place each brownie triangle on a serving plate and top with a chocolate-dipped strawberry.
-
Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
