  1. Marinate the mushrooms in yogurt, ginger, garlic, and spices for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add marinated mushrooms along with the marinade and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add kasuri methi, garam masala, and fresh cream. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with naan or rice.
