  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped mushroom stems, onion, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the wild rice, salt, and black pepper to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the goat cheese and fresh parsley.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the rice mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the stuffed mushrooms rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
