Mr. Snowman Cupcake
The tradition of making snowman-shaped treats during winter holidays dates back to ancient times when people would sculpt snowmen out of ice and decorate them with various edible items.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 15.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and water to make a glaze.

Dip the top of each cupcake into the glaze and allow it to set.

Place a marshmallow on top of each cupcake.

Use chocolate chips to create eyes and buttons on the marshmallow.

Melt the orange candy melts and use them to create a carrot-shaped nose on the marshmallow.

Use black icing gel to draw a smile and coal buttons on the cupcake.

Place a candy corn on each side of the marshmallow to create arms.
