Cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks.

In a shallow dish, mix the flour with Italian seasoning.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.

Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
