Dip each grasshopper into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the coated grasshoppers until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the fried grasshoppers to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
