Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake tin.

Boil the oranges for 2 hours, drain, and let cool.

Cut the oranges into quarters, remove any seeds, and blend in a food processor until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix the ground almonds, caster sugar, and baking powder.

Add the blended oranges, eggs, and orange blossom water to the bowl and mix well.

Pour the batter into the greased cake tin and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes.

Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.

Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
