Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Dip each ball into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
