Monkey bread got its name because it is a finger food that can be pulled apart, resembling how monkeys eat.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.

Grease a bundt pan with butter.

Cut the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.

Dip each ball into the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place them in the greased bundt pan.

Melt the remaining butter and pour it over the dough balls.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
