Monaco Friar is a popular party snack in India, inspired by the Monaco biscuit brand.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Finely chop the onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with cheese, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice.

Take a Monaco biscuit and spread a spoonful of the vegetable-cheese mixture on top.

Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute.

Serve the Monaco Friar immediately with a sprinkle of coriander leaves on top.
