  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with cheese, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice.
  4. Take a Monaco biscuit and spread a spoonful of the vegetable-cheese mixture on top.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  7. Serve the Monaco Friar immediately with a sprinkle of coriander leaves on top.
