Mint Brownie S’mores
S’mores are a popular campfire treat in the United States, traditionally made with roasted marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers. Adding mint and brownie to the classic s’mores recipe adds a delicious twist to this beloved dessert.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, all-purpose flour, and mint extract. Mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.

While the brownies are cooling, prepare the s'mores topping.

Place the marshmallows on top of the brownies, followed by the chocolate bars.
