  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared mini loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the mini banana loaf to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Slice and serve.
