  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat milk until warm. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract. Add yeast mixture to the beaten eggs.
  4. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Punch down dough and divide it in half. Roll each half into a 12x9-inch rectangle.
  8. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the mixture over each rectangle of dough.
  9. Roll up each rectangle tightly, starting from the long side. Pinch seams to seal.
  10. Place both rolls on a greased baking sheet, seam side down. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
  13. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
