  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and chopped nuts.
  5. Brush the melted butter onto one side of each puff pastry rectangle.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the buttered side of the puff pastry rectangles.
  7. Roll up each rectangle tightly, starting from the shorter side.
  8. Place the rolled pastries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  11. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the warm pastries.
