Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until the dark chocolate is firm.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.

Stir in the remaining peppermint extract.

Pour the melted white chocolate over the chilled dark chocolate layer.

Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
