Mashed Potato Timbales
Timbales are individual-sized dishes that are usually baked in a cylindrical mold, giving them a unique shape and presentation.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Boil the potatoes until tender.

Drain the potatoes and mash them.

Add butter, milk, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease the timbale molds.

Fill the molds with the mashed potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully unmold the timbales onto serving plates.
