Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the melted butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
